Meet Adam
Licensed since 2003, I began my career in insurance focusing on selling Medicare Supplements, Annuities, and Major Medical Health Insurance to individuals and families. One year into the business, I was one of the top twenty agents nationally with a health insurance company I represented. As well I was doing in the health market, I was struggling to create activity. At 21 years old, I didn’t have a lot of capital to invest into leads. I came across a Final Expense life insurance company that was willing to provide a consistent flow of leads to me on a regular basis at zero up-front cost. When I sold a policy, I would be paid a commission and a portion of my commission would go towards covering my lead expense. I loved the fact that as long as I was willing to go out and work, I would always have people to see and I would always have money coming in. I also loved the simplicity of dealing with one company that would insure 99% of the people that I met with.
After years of success working the career-focused system, I decided that I wanted to build a team. I saw great value helping to put people in a better situation financially, as long as they were coachable and willing to go out and work. I have grown to love mentoring agents who are new to the business and helping to set them up for long-term success. I have also found that many agents, no matter how long in the business, have never received the type of hands-on training and support that can really take their business to the next level.
Where many organizations tend to recruit for the masses, provide little or no training, and just hope for positive results, my focus is on helping less agents to do more. My Monday morning training calls are open to anyone who wishes to attend. My Agent training platform is also open and available to any agent who wants access. Should you decide you’d like to team up and work together in the future, I would definitely be open to having that conversation with you. I care mostly, however, about the insurance industry as a whole and if I can help more agents to become successful, highly productive, and writing good quality business, that is when everyone wins: The Agent, The Carriers we work with, and the Families that we protect.
